J’aide services start at $40/hour, plus tax.

We do offer financial assistance through The Patti Fund - please reach out for further inquiries.

After your appointment we will send you an invoice via Quickbooks. You may pay via e-transfer to jaidehelp@gmail.com or with your credit card.

J’aide is an ever growing business, but currently our focus is in the east end of Toronto. We generally service East to West between Markham Rd and Sherbourne St, and North to South between Lawrence Ave E and Lake Shore Blvd E. However TTC routes may impact service available as many of our J’aiders rely on public transportation.

Exceptions might be made for an additional travel fee, at the staff’s discretion.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that we require a minimum 24 hour notice.

You will be billed a 50% total service fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.

If less than 12 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full service amount.
